I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to work alongside Glenn for 3-4 years prior to him being joining our program as a coach developer.

The concept of a Coach Developer was new to me. I thought reading a few books, attending symposiums and coaching workshops were enough to check off my PD progress. Although all the PD opportunities did fill my NCCP locker, they didn’t provide any assessment and feedback on my progress as a coach. It lacked practicality, and it didn’t provide real-time opportunities to work on my craft.

Having COACH+ in my corner has opened my eyes to what TRUE leadership requires,. Glenn provided me with new tools and guidance on how to be a more efficient leader both on and off the court. Never once has he judged my coaching philosophy, methods and strategies which made our feedback discussions after matches/practices incredibly productive. His curiosity about my coaching style challenged me to self-reflect more purposefully on a daily basis.

My experience with COACH+ has been incredibly rewarding and satisfying. Glenn reassures me of my progress and continues to provide new strategies to engage in purposeful discussions between us.
