As spring approaches, we grow more excited about our new partnership with the North Bay Baseball Association (NBBA). This collaboration focuses on strengthening the coaching foundation across the organization and supporting the long-term sustainability of youth baseball coaching in the North Bay.

Paul Mclean, Commissioner of the North Bay Baseball Association, expresses that “COACH+ and North Bay Baseball are a great fit. We strive to run baseball in a creative, intentional way, and they are helping us turn that vision into practical support for our coaches and the game experience. The alignment is perfect.”

As part of Coaches Week and the in-person May Draft Event, COACH+ will lead a high-engagement classroom session focused on coaching and leadership. 

In addition, COACH+ will support the Game Day Coordinator role through a pre-season in-person check-in, bi-weekly check-ins, and practical guidance for supporting coaches and parents. We will develop their skills and resources to manage common challenges, identify positive coaching moments, and determine opportunities for improvement among NBBA coaches.

The Game Day Coordinator role is unique and it demonstrates North Bay Baseball Association’s commitment to going the extra mile to cultivate positive coaching and athlete experiences.
