COACH+ is excited for this weekend, May 2–3, 2026, when Founder and Lead Coach Developer Glenn Cundari will support the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Club Coach Conference and Team Ontario Coach Summit at Conestoga College in Kitchener.

For the first time, OVA is bringing these two events together, creating a shared opportunity for learning and connection.

Glenn will bring a practical twist to the conference experience. Coaches often take different insights from the same presentation because each coach brings their own context, challenges, and environment. As Glenn shared, “We’re going to capture those moments. We’re going to have you do some reflection, and think about what it means to move some of those ideas that you have in the moment, into action and not get stuck in your booklet.”

Through guided reflection, coaches will develop personalized action plans they can apply in their own coaching environments. Coaches will also have the opportunity to share their plans with COACH+ and opt into three months of follow-up to help track progress and build accountability.

As LP, Director of Athlete Development at the OVA, shared, “Having Glenn and COACH+ deliver a unique format where coaches can transition ideas to new behaviours, with accountability built in, is something we are excited for.”
